“A mixed stay, initial check in was slow and lacked any enthusiasm which often sets the tone for the stay. Upon entering our room it hadn't been set up correctly, I.e. 2 adults and one child. No bed set up for child. I rang reception and received no answer. So went back down and was told that when someone was available the room would be sorted. We went down for a drink in the bar and when we returned, nothing had changed. We relaxed for a while and watched some TV but the remote wouldn't change...

“Convenient location, clean hotel & room, good parking and comfy bed”

“Solo una notte per un viaggio di lavoro, quindi non posso dire molto riguardo ai servizi offerti dall'hotel, in particolare la spa. Tuttavia un'ottima esperienza, tranne il problema della mancanza aria condizionata nella mia camera.”

“The location is perfect for my purpose but the fact that the air conditioner is not working in my room and many other rooms in this boiling weather was very bad. Only fan can not be acceptable with this hot weather where the fan blow only hot air. I did not enjoy my 2night stay, it was just too hot.”

“the staff were polite , friendly and went the extra mile”

“L"hotel molto antico e poco manutenzionato, il sabato è la domenica nn c"e nessuno ti dicono che se serve qualcosa di chiedere al pub ma. In realtà nn sanno nulla.. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”

“The staff were very helpful and kind.”

“Nice friendly staff good food nice clean hotel”

“Would never stay at this hotel again. Room very basic. Check in process was appalling. We were outside the hotel for ages. Apparently they had been trying to call us back had the wrong number. We had paid in full for the room and were then advised they wanted a £350 damage deposit. The conditions stated this option was for extremely careful travellers. The other option was to pay a one off payment of £40. This felt like extortion and we felt we had no choice given we had been outside for...

“The room was large and clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was good quality. Although we were able to sleep, the mattress was poor as there was a large dip in one side.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!”

“We had a lovely stay. The host was very detailed in our check in process. Our only small concern was that the studio did not have a window only 2 French doors out to the patio. It was very hot conditions so it made sleeping slightly uncomfortable due to no AC. Otherwise it meant our all our needs and expectations.”

“Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford.”
